together with the Institute’s researcher Dr Elena Kharitonova and Albert Khamatshin visited the Makerere Institute of Social Research, headed by Prof Mahmood Mamdani and delivered there a lecture on “Soviet and Russian Africa Studies: Past and Present”.
He also delivered a lecture on “Fallacy of a Uni-Polar World” at the Seniour Command and Staff College of the Uganda People’s Defence Force.
